The contribution controls are a frontend demonstration. They do not process a one-time or recurring payment, create a supporter record, or issue a receipt.
Tax status
Support must not be described as tax-deductible unless the receiving entity has the required legal classification and approved disclosure. Borderland K9 Academy does not make that claim in this preview.
Designations and excess funds
Before support is accepted, the owner must decide whether designations are binding restrictions or nonbinding preferences, and publish how excess or unusable designated funds may be redirected.
Refunds and recurring support
The final policy must define contribution refund eligibility, suspected fraud handling, recurring cancellation timing, failed payment handling, acknowledgments, and the contact channel for supporter questions.
